Reality Check

The weather is turning in the region, and clouds have inadvertently taken over my sky. These are perfect conditions for writing. To annoy and educate, I will look at something most of us fail to address: Poverty.

The Numbers

It should be no surprise that at the latest rounding of numbers, IMF, the World Bank and many other NGOs have found that 3 billion people live on less than $2,5 per day; this is extreme poverty.
